Mall Play Zone Handover and Acceptance Checklist
Work through this before you sign acceptance and before the zone opens to the public. Items marked BLOCKING are the ones worth holding the handover over, because they are difficult to fix once the structure is standing and the tenancy is trading.

How to Use This at Handover
Before You Sign
Walk the zone with the installer and tick items in front of them rather than afterwards from memory. Any blocking item left open is a reason to hold acceptance, because the cost of correcting it rises sharply once the tenancy is trading.
After You Open
This page keeps nothing. Ticks live in the browser tab only and are lost on refresh, so record the outcome in your own handover file. The daily inspection routine in item seven is the one that keeps running long after handover closes.
